Wilton Flame Retaining Ceramic Burner
Nozzles

Burner port should be a minimum of 2" bigger than the burner nozzle. |
|
2.
|
Refer to Figure "A" to the left. Install burner nozzle, maintaining 1" clearance all around. | |
|
3.
|
Insert burner nozzle 1" into combustion chamber and seal with 2600 degree fiber frax. | |
|
4.
|
If furnace installation is used, paint inside surface of fiber frax with green patch #421 or equivalent. | |
|
5.
|
If glory hole installation is used, paint inside surface of fiber frax with ins-tuff rigidizer or equivalent. | |
